Do you have a plan of the studio we can see or is it all firmly lodged in your noggin?

Are you going to keep the parallel walls in the live or do you have something else (structurally speaking) that you plan to add to the room.

Thanks for sharing the rental costs with us, is a $1.30 net/net - here in Canada we also have TMI (Taxes, Maintainence and insurance) is that an additional cost for you as well?
