Hang in there Ijouk! I feel your pain man...Brian at Bricasti told me in one conversation that they were having issues with a vendor getting them parts. I know that's frustrating for Bricasti and their dealers- it potentially makes everybody involved look kind of "mickey mouse."
The customer gets mad at the dealer, the dealers get mad at Bricasti, Bricasti gets mad at the vendor, and then everybody gets mad!!! By the way, I am not speaking for anyone or for how they may feel in reality, I am just speaking to typical human emotions. But again, on the positive side, I was quite impressed that the folks at Bricasti picked up the phone and at least tried to offer an explanation. Try to get a response from a "real" person from most any other manufacturer! How many companies that we know of pick up the phone on the second ring? [Disclaimer: That was
