Is this the one that is hosted on Harrison's website? If so please let them know about it, I know part of the reason for a new release of JackOSX this quick would be specifically in dealing with Digi's interfaces.

I don't believe your version of Jack will make a difference, are you making sure to press the button in the insert editor window?
