No problem with posting experiences here on my account, good or bad. But it would be nice to have complete experiences, which typically means contacting support of the company first, as this is not really a support forum for them. Yes people like Ben, and Todd, have posted here, but in general they probably would rather take support to the official channels instead as it is much easier for them to keep track of and doesn't require them to go to hundreds of boards, both obscure and not, across the internets.

For example, I find it worthwhile to see when for whatever reason, many users have similar problems. Contacting support in and of itself is a good thing. But discussions on message boards have a unique benefit of de-mystifying problems, because we can see what other users are experiencing. I realize Harrison seems to have very good support, but as we all know, not all companies are as prompt or descriptive with information.
Agreed, posting to a message board can be a great form of community support. However I will say that it is important to clarify to contact support as many new users, believe it or not, will post first and never contact support to get their problem fixed, and just leave with a bad taste in their mouth. That is what I am trying to avoid.

Have fun

By the way, your specific problem...

I know I have been shown a couple of crashes that looks a LOT like a corrupted download or install, which I believe is happening on occasion and that is why a complete reinstall is working well for those people. A learning experience for people at Harrison now I suppose as this is their first foray into a pure software product I believe
