I appreciate your help around here, and I speak only for myself... but this
is a discussion board. Commenting on problems with products is a valid reason to post. I do acknowledge that many times the content of such discussions may be ill-conceived or counterproductive. Nonetheless, I think we should all keep a balanced perspective.
For example, I find it worthwhile to see when for whatever reason, many users have similar problems. Contacting support in and of itself is a good thing. But discussions on message boards have a unique benefit of de-mystifying problems, because we can see what other users are experiencing. I realize Harrison seems to have very good support, but as we all know, not all companies are as prompt or descriptive with information.
