Folks a couple of things...
1. If you are having issues EMAIL HARRISON! Seriously. They have been very good about support from everyone I have talked to.
2. You can also get on IRC via the Help>Chat or following the URL link in the documentation and get help there if someone is around(Usually is during daylight EST). State you are having a problem, what the problem is and give them a few minutes to get back to you. (Or if I am around I will try to help you out as well).
3. Saying, It doesn't work... doesn't really help track down a problem. State what you are doing, what you expect Mixbus to do, and what it actually is doing. For instance for the above people, what doesn't work? Does the installer not work? Or does it not start up after you have installed?
4. If you want to save time, if Mixbus is crashing, copy and save the text in the crash report window that pops up into a text file, so you can give it to the Harrison folks(Or me if I am around). Likewise it is helpful to have a console log, which is obtained simply by opening a Console (Applications>Utilities>Console.app) and pressing clear before you open mixbus, then just do your thing till you run into the problem and copy and save the contents of that Console to a text file. Both of these allow people to track down the problem much quicker and will likely be the first things asked for.
5. If you didn't receive the email, double check your junk mail folders etc. But yes the link to the updater is absolutely on the Mixbus site. I posted the link in the longer thread already, directly off their site. Actually a straight copy and paste from their site....

6. While noone in particular has mentioned this(Its hard to tell from most of these comments about problems), it is in their instructions... if the Installer is not working, confirm that Mixbus.app is in fact in your /Applications folder and not somewhere else on your hard drive, as that is where the updater looks for it currently.
