| Place to test monitors in NYC?
I'm heading down to NYC for a gig this weekend, and I'm hoping to find a place that will let me run a few songs through a bunch of different pairs of monitors. I'm looking at Yamaha HS-80m's, Adam A7's, KRK 8" somethings, Focal CMS-65, etc. Any ideas? I know Guitar Center, etc., might have some of what I'm looking for, but I was hoping someone would have suggestions about a good smaller shop that might offer better advice, and better service.
