You're right of course.
Roughly,
I think the 4050 is a good acoustic guitar mic for pop and country pop, at least when it's role is harmonic/rhytmic in the background.
I would choose the Swedien for a high end pop sound with a very good guitar player.
The U87 is great for music in the rock/indie realm when it doesn't have leading role. Otherwise I would go for the U67 or U47, as I would with singer/songwriters.
I didn't like the Sony very much (with this guitar).
The U67 sounds for me most expressive and real.
