The acoustics will only be decent if you treat it properly. You will be very close to the side walls so be sure to treat them with absorptive panels.

A room that size will have wide mode spacings (standing waves) that must be treated with substantial bass trapping.

Like Frank said, " pretty much nothing but 4" panels, 6" panels and/or corner filling bass traps."
