| I'm no expert, but it seems like a mixer with three or more auxillary sends is a more appropriate solution here.
1. Connect all your synths to the mixer's channel line inputs
2. Connect each of your filters to an auxillary send
3. Assign the synth channels to the appropriate aux send(s)
The mixer will be more expensive than a patch bay, but depending on your overall needs, maybe you need one anyway?
I'm not really sure how to accomplish the same feat with a patchbay, but someone here undoubtedly will.
