hey thanks mr. chris --- thanks for your response - since it seems you have experience with both I was wondering if I should just bite the bullet and get the HEDD to use as my AD/DA instead of the rosetta -- because, from what I've read, it seems like the benefit of the 3 dsp effects on the HEDD is quite worth it - BUT i dont want to sacrifice the conversion quality --- also, my room although not very large is treated with homemade 703 traps and I use Yamaha hs50m's with the hs10w and i bypass the mbox preamps with a rane ms1b ... i know it's a budget set up but i'm hoping this purchase of the rosetta/hedd will give me a huge leap in quality
