1. Pro Tools- I get the same quality recording using my Cubase 5 and my MOTU. Maybe it's not Pro Tools itself that I dislike. Maybe it's the people that won't use anything else and when you ask why, they say "because pro tools is the best" with no other knowledge to back it up. Don't get me wrong, I use pro tools, cubase, and logic(depending on the project) and Pro tools is great. Just dont tell me its the best just because it says pro tools.

2. Auto-Tune. To all the kids that want to sound like T-Pain- It's been done many many many times before T-Pain came around!

3. The tag team of the SM57 and SM58. Sure, they are built like tanks but they haven't changed since the 70's. Every other major company in the market have come out with their version and surpassed it both in physical quality and most importantly- sound quality and within 10-20 dollars of the Shures! Key examples: SM57- see Audix I5. SM58- See Samson Q7 or EV ND767.

4. Behringer. If it says Behringer anywhere on it, stay away.
