that would be an ATB 24 with 24 buses, I mean ATB 24/24/2 . Or ATB16/16/2 or whatever...ANd you and me own an ATB 24/8/2. It is a 8 buses routing desk and you can only rout to the 8 buses. The ATB is very flexible but you can not rout any channel through any channel. For that you'll need to patch with cables from one channel to another channel.
Sorry if it disappointing but that is the way the Toft works...
