Im cooking cauliflower peas and spices, Potato in spices with curry and peas.
Rice with raisins, spices and peas, Samosa, 5 Bean Dall and fried tofu in curry tomato sauce and fried Jalapenos with Mushrooms right now. I got some canned curry's and mango pickle to go along.

Its pretty much every thing french fry's and rice and ~EXTRA SPICY HOT~
I don't dumb down the chili for guests ever.

If I only had an Indian woman around to help with um, cooking and stuff..
At Indian restaurants the chef has come out to shake my hand after
finishing his pretty much fried Jalapenos and mushrooms in curry sauce.
Just tell the server to "Make it Indian hot"
I'm trying to learn Mango pickle and Cauliflower Pickle right now, its a very long month long process.

Im more then willing to "Intern" for any studio that has a kitchen
