Working IRQ sharing is as old as Windows XP, but back then some hardware wouldn't play nice with it. Nowadays it shouldn't cause any much trouble.

Anyway, only IRQs 0-15 are "physical" IRQs, anything higher than 16 is "virtual" and thus it doesn't really matter what numbers you see. It's still strange that Windows assigns all your hardware to a single number, but shouldn't bother you unless you experience problems.
