Hoping someone can help me out here, I have almost finished building myself a small space and it will time to build some traps soon. I have quite a bit of "Pink Batts Silencer" insulation left over after the build, assume this won't work as it is not very dense or rigid?

I've had a search around but cannot find a source for OC 703 in NZ, wondering if anyone knows where I could get some from or if there is an alternative available here.
