I've had to download numerous cracks for my legit software merely because I do not like to have my computer on the net. Now, I could connect for a few seconds to activate. The problem is, My copy of windows does not come with network capable software. It does not have .NET, TCP/IP, CLIENT, WORKSTATION, or NETWORKING. Hell it doesn't even come with defrag. It is a bare bones system with the windows base. That is it. The reason I have this is because if you look at your resource usage you will probably see around 200MB ram and somewhere around 5% on the processor, mine is at 62.4MB of ram and 0% idle. My windows does nothing but record and edit audio. So, software companies had better straighten up or I'm going to go to hardware. Meaning tape recorders. Not kidding!

It is kinda annoying. I just don't get why you need another code, for a code that is already given to you with the software you buy.

It's like a stealing proof, you BOUGHT the hardware with the licensed CD, now you need a licensed KEY ...check....BUT NOW...you need another key for your licensed KEY with a valid email address. LMFAO

Ridiculous.

I know going to the internet on my recording computer is a no-no, because it's Windows XP, I'm made up my mind to install 2 systems on my Hard Drive: Hackintosh and Windows XP, that way I can have the internet and the recording set-up going.

I have licensed Macintosh laptop and that shit is a ****ing iron curtain when it comes to viruses.
