Interesting to know. This must be something that was implemented to simplify the meter adjustments. My unit has only one hole in the front (under the meter), and adjusting that trim is only one of 15 (or so) steps... there ARE a lot pots in there! ;-)

Any chance you could post a photo or two and explain what does what (if you actually have done the adjustments or have concrete info)? If you do, mention the serial number so we could have an idea of which design revision we are talking about.
