the first thing you need to learn bro is there is no "standard" every voice is different + every production is different

1. You want to tame the bad things
- Cut frequencies?
- De-ess?
- De-noise
- other edits
2. Enhance the good things
- Boost frequencies?
- Compress?
- Tape/Analog Saturation?
3. "Fit" it in the mix
- Reverb?
- Delay?
- Autotune/Other FX?

You have to ask yourself these questions every time. It will never be the same everytime because the beat you're trying to fit the voice into won't be the same everytime...
