Liking any kind of movie is not defined as seeing every one.
As I said, thank god there is someone like him to go around and put people in their place so they understand there are different levels of appreciation that are defined by his musical library.
It drives the point home more and puts him higher that instead of offering to build up exposure to different music he is there to point out his more extensive collection.
I am sure that person is now in awe of his most high level of musical exposure. Maybe almost as much as he has impressed himself, to the point of posting about it to strangers.
