Look at this guy trying to sell NI FM8 for 19.99 each.

Native Instruments FM8 - eBay (item 290364686056 end time Nov-28-09 07:38:41 PST)

I messaged him asking several questions and he freely admitted that "this is a copy" and that "no copy protection is needed."

I forwarded it on to Ebay as a copyright violation, but they haven't done anything as the listing still exists.
