| tons of records are made under influence of drugs (including alcohol wich is also a drug), and tons without. It surely has an influence, sometimes good, sometimes bad.
Most drugs are always bad (herion, cocaine, xtc, crack ...) some are in moderate use for some people rather benificial (weed, hash, alcohol, mushrooms) but at the end it's how you handle it.
