| Attaching Rockwool or equivalent boards to the ceiling
What is the best way for me to dampen the bass noise from a downstairs apartment going up into the hallway. I was thinking of attaching rockwool boards over my entire celing would this be helpful if not is their those quiet celing tiles? |
