| I can't offer any useful insights, but I've got 3 dead transformer indicator bulbs on my Equinox. Mine are not screw-in, but soldered directly on wires. I also need a PSU bulb, but they are the 'push-in-and-twist' (bayonet?) type.
Maybe I should give Peter a call...
