| None of them are better than the best 3rd party options. Although the Clav is quite unique. SoundToys and UAD and Reverberate and Altiverb/Speakerphone and Alloy and Kontakt and a bunch of others all outclass what is there. But for $500 all-in it's an absolutely awesome collection and if I had to only use those plugins I would be able to work happily enough.
I find the Logic plugs to have a kind of dark sound, anyone agree? Are they using antialiasing filters? I guess I could check. |
