As I said, I'm not simply trying to sync the Virus to external MIDI clock or trigger the LFO to note. I want the LFO to reset its cycle to loop point or to each bar/measure.
It would be nice if someone with experience with sysex could comment on whether this could be possible by sending sysex messages from the Command Station to the Virus. There are some aditional views in the thread I linked to if anyone would care to help
