I just recently came up with the sampling trick.. i record at 64 samples and mix at 1024 which removes those crackles and stabilizes my CPU load even at high levels of usage.
Now getting back to the context  ....
Still waiting for my N8 to arrive...might get it next week.  |
32 bit cubase on xp 64 had about 5% INCREASE on the ASIO meter in my case.
