did a 32-bit cubase run FASTER on the 64-bit xp... by how much ?
any comments about me getting better performance with overclocking rather than RAM increase.?? Isnt sound processing a real-time thingy that is more effected by faster processing than the CACHE (ram) size.???
I just recently came up with the sampling trick.. i record at 64 samples and mix at 1024 which removes those crackles and stabilizes my CPU load even at high levels of usage.
Now getting back to the context
....
Still waiting for my N8 to arrive...might get it next week.
