This is the answer I got to the question... "When will Win 7 drivers be out for the n12?"...from Yamaha support.

"Hello Douglas,

They are working on getting a Windows 7 compatible driver available, when available it will be posted on the Yamahasynth.com site.

No mention of when... but at least they are "working" on it.
