We usually can mix/track up until 4pm -- almost everyday - > - after that ~~ its headphones
Never any live drums -- and most guitars are direct ---
We only have a dozen or so homes in the whole neighborhood -- the next home , out the back of the studio, is about 100+ miles --- we all live here , in this neighborhood ~~ because of the serenity. Not a street light .. and you can hear the owls wings flap > sitting in the front yard /// would not want to disturb the peace
