Hello kasprouch,
During registration on Cubase.net several things beeing asked like:
USB-eLicenser/Steinberg Key:
Please enter the number of your primarily used USB-eLicenser/Steinberg Key. Click here for more details! Without a valid USB-eLicenser number, moderators may delete the account or certain posts Enter the first 6 digits as displayed in the eLicenser Control Center only !!At the more details link you will get the following information!! Dear cubase.net user, Most areas of this forum require that you include your USB-eLicenser/Steinberg Key number(s) in your registration information (profile) to be able to participate.- The USB-eLicenser number is displayed in the License Control Center or its successor the eLicenser Control Center. This application can be found in your Program Files folder (Windows) or in the Applications folder (Mac OS X). All connected keys are listed with a 12-digit key number. Please enter the first 6 digits only!
At the moment this is still a process that we do manually. In the near future this whole Cubase.net registration will be handled by our online registration "MySteinberg". That means that customers can only post at our forums when a certain license is registered.
Regarding technical support at Cubase.net: Cubase.net is not a forum where we provide technical support. It is a "user helps use"r forum. When you need support from Steinberg directly, then please contact the Steinberg support department in your region. More details can be found here

In the past the cubase.net members wished to have a forum, where only registered customers have acces. That we did, by asking for the dongle during registration. When somebody forgets this, or "forgets" a number, then I think it is ok to ask the person again for the number, and give the text "Feel free to start a new topic after you have updated your profile". But first answering the question and then sending a PM is not what we do.
I hope most questions have been answered now.
Cheers,
Chris
