Set up your Audioconfiguration in the Environment.

Set up your MIDI-devices in the Environment.

Set up Screensets, that suit your needs and lock them. (Did I already mention that?)
The NUM-pad gives you 9 and holding Control + ## lets you access another 81...

Save your Song as "Autoload" in the Program Folder (OS9) or ˜/Library/Application Support/Logic/Song Templates (OSX)
