Confused on the whole 32/64 thing. So if I get Windows 7 is there a 64 and 32 version option when installing?

When using Cubase 5 does that have a 32/64 option?

Right now I use XP Pro but want to upgrade to a new PC and C5. I have plugins like Sonnox and Waves that won't work on 64 bit. They should work on 32 bit right? Waves is 24bit but runs on 32bit XP I believe.

what is advantage of 64 bit anyway?
