| I'm going to get a 1U patchbay and solder some combo connectors so that the TRS goes to line in, and XLR to Mic in. That'll save a lot of connectors. I'll get two 1 meter DSUB cables that I'll cut, strip and solder to each connector on the combo jack, and then still have rack space for 8 stacked TRS connectors + in best case some AES if I don't stick with those on a snake. That'll be wicked convenient while still saving a lot of space. |
