I find the p38 very aggressive - I never loved it. It's good for squashing the crap out of things. I sometimes use it on the drum bus, but never in 2-mix or mastering applications. It's also exclusively stereo, which you may or may not like. The M/S matrix is cool, but not as musical as, say, the Dangerous stuff.
