Strike Audio Toyshop from the list. They are no more. They sell stuff regularly on Ebay under a different name.
Similarly Bavo Dekker. I've sent them countless emails and a few faxes with no response. They might exist and only answer phone calls, I dunno, but they seem to have had the same stock list for a long time.
