Hmmm...Not knowing the circuit in hand, but the tube might be "in the circuit"..The 3 leds might just give the impression that the tube glows "more that it really does" or trying to help the tube to look more "glowing"..Marketing effect someone would call it...*S*..Tube "warmth" can be achieved to the audio in many different ways depending on the acturel design.. (mainly 2nd order harmonics)...and its pretty easy to do:-).

What seem to escape most people is that the ever soo often talked about "tube warmth" it more often also transformer "warmth" or distortions...soo units like the one in questions may deliver "tube warmth", but is greatly missing the transformer "warmth"...And that may lead to disappointments in many cases!

Again..I´m not familiar with the circuit of the Behringer units so take my post only as is :-)
