Oh, there's always plenty of room to complain about all the shippers. My local UPS does the same thing. They "hold" the packages
on the trucks. So, they always tell you can pick it up, but they give you a time after they've closed their doors. You have to tap on the glass for them to let you in, if they walk by, and then they'll go look for it on the truck
if it's back and
if it's convenient.
It's just insane how these companies work.
