Nice! What size is that floor tom? Got a late '50's red sparkle WFL 22x12 and 12x9 (I think, can't remember exactly). As you know, back then they sold the 'set' as a bass + small tom. Floor tom was an optional add on. Further back (like my Leedy), they didn't really sell 'sets'.

So, Chris Heuer does good vintage bearing edges? Got a blue sparkle 1969 Ludwig that I need the get the edges done (one of these days), to original round-like specs (but I'm sure way more accurate than Ludwig did in the day, which was mostly crap). Previous owner planted a zillion stick strikes on just about every mm of bearing edge.

Started snapping up good condition, unmodified vintage sets some years ago, when it seemed prices were way too low. Looks like I could quadruple my $$ on most of the sets. Wish I didn't run out of room
