I have a 66 Blackface AB165 that I use as a guitar amp. Works great with a Marshall 4x12 cab. Real loud and clean.
I don't use it for bass. This particular amp was built back in the day when bass was less prominet in music. I've tried it a few times in my bass rig but it doesn't really cut it when things get loud.
