I love this thread. I didn't get any pictures.. but here's a little clip of some tracking my band started last week. I'm REALLY happy with how it's sounding. I'm sure it'll sound like poo to some of you. Heh. There's a slight bit of compression and some panning on the tracks. No EQ or verb or anything.

Kick - Inside: D112, Just Outside the front head: Studio Projects B1
Snare - 57
Toms - MK319
OHs - MXL 991s in ORTF over the center of the kit... at least something close to it.
FOK - EV635A

All of these were run into my lowly Behringer DDX3216. It was also tracked in my tiny 13X15 untreated room. Tasty.
