RPG Hemiffusor for back wall, small room?

I've got a small room (10' x 13' x 8') and have significant absorption/bass trapping almost everywhere—sounds nearly anechoic.

I'd love to bring back some air in the room, was thinking of replacing some of the bass traps on the back wall (and putting them elsewhere in the room) with 4x RPG Hemilffusors. It's relatively cheap, looks okay, and will provide some nice midband absorption for my small room. Are those a good option?

Mix position is around 8 ft from the back wall. Is that enough?

Is it worth doing any diffusion in such a small room?

Thanks!
