Ask for "3lb/ft^3 fiberglas" or "4 lb/ft^3 mineral wool" type insulation. The former is the generic description of 703 and the latter is the acoustic equivalent in mineral wool.
It is an abosrbing subject, but Cottonelle is not recommended
