I'll add an other detail here: when I tell someone "this product is not suitable for your needs", don't ask me why, he will buy it immediatly. Within 5 minutes. And I think "oh no, it happened again. Next time I'll suggest to buy it, maybe he will not do it". Incredibly our best customers (users who post on forums answers and praises) were unhappy customers before.
And now the answer.
If you can't read 8 pages on a forum regarding nebula, this product is not for you. I suggest other products and companies here. Waves and UAD or IK mutimedia are very good. Here a short list of what you should expect from my company:
* first of all you should understand what to buy. That's not simple
* than you should register to our forum. Don't think it's easy. It's not. A little button named "finish" is not very visible, so you can't activate your account at all
* than you should read a little disclaimer in the paypal page. Most of our customers can't read it because the font used is too small.
* after buying... nothing. Sometimes your account is not upgraded automatically, so you should contact us via email. Before you need our email address... but where is it?
* than you should understand how to download products. Oh my GOD. 9 pages of downloads splitted in dozens of files. And they can't be downloaded!!! sometimes megauplaod refuses to work. But why are they using megaupload? wtf, rapidshare is better...
* than you should understand how to receive your wonderful unique and dedicated license. Well, before you should send a SER file. But what is a SER file? How to generate it?
* you should install the license. A lot of installers are a piece of cake, but our license executable isn't. Oh well, on mac you should copy files manually. So the right question should be "where".
* than you should learn how to use the plug. Those little arrows are a pain in the a**, and a lot of cryptic buttons without a clear meaning. You may ask in the forum. A lot of customers will try to help you, pointing to hundreds of other topics here and there.
now you'll understand. Those 8 pages are a good filter. | LOOOOOOOOOOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
