| AFAIK, you can't. You to have to use the gain function in Audiosuite to process the file, then apply the EA settings.
Although, maybe tweaking the Elastic Properties might change the gain before applying the stretch settings. This I haven't tried. If it's pre stretch, then you wouldn't have to destructively gain the file.
