I know I can patch in during mixdown for each track using the track insert, but I just want to patch my eq and compressor onto the '2 Bus' (stereo channel)..

I'm having a similar problem.. I have a N8, and i know that one can use insert effects on channels 1 through 4, but What i would like to know, is if I can use for Example, a APHEX 204 exiciter on the WHOLE BOARD at once.. Like a main Insert or something. Which i notice that the N8 dosen't have.
Scenario ... "have a N8.. Want to use the Exciter on ALL Channels from 1-8 using the AUX nobs on each Channel".. Maybe this has been covered before, But i may have missed it, (And i apologize if it's an old question) But any help and assistance would be greatly appreciated....
