Ethan:
I decided to move the book-case. Here is an updated diagram of my room.
What I did to get 38% was Divide the sum of both lengths of the room by two. (151 + 182.5)/2 = 166.75. Then I got 38 percent of that : 166.75*.38 = 63.366. I am 10 inches off, and I cannot move my desk back anymore due to my bed. I'm going to find out how to ghetto-measure once I get my monitors. I don't have a good MIC nor do I have the interface needed for the regular testing. For now I'm going to just need to figure out where to place the 12 Fiberglass panels + 1 Large one that covers the window. Then I get my monitors. After them, I get the Fiberglass panels. Then I calculate the costs of Drywall+GreenGlue for Soundproofing. Then I buy the Greenglue+Drywall. After that I do some weather-taping around my door and such. Then my room will be acoustically setup + Soundproof.
1 Big problem: My door is hollow. It weighs like 10 pounds maybe? The gap between my floor and it is like 2 inches as well.
EDIT:
I really appreciate the help btw. Those websites did me wonders.
