Open the furman. You'll notice about $.97 of product in there. Compare it to the $5 surge protector you swapped it out for.
You can't have "clean" power unless it comes off the tap clean, so to speak. Hire an electrician to make sure your grounding is solid and that there aren't shorts between circuits.
Like anything else in this buisness, there isn't a magic box for this problem.
