I think that that snare sounds like really ****ed up filtered white noise that has been compressed. They either compressed the drum mix to hell, or they used a side chain, or they used logic's enveloper, which can make everything pump like mad!

Maxu4u, make crazy dance music, and prove these people wrong with your shiny platinum records!
