The RenDesser is much more tunable as to how narrowly or
widely you want the notch cut to be. I also find the RenDesser
to "let go" with less artifacts. The DeEsser isn't bad, I just
find the Renaissance version to be more controllable and
less noticeable in track.
RBass ... I use that thing all the time .. not aware of a functional
equivalent, although I'm sure there are.
